Current Projects
Hampton Inn - Ellensburg, WA K2 was recently awarded the contract for this hotel and construction will begin on the 80 Unit 43,000 square foot hotel in late April or early May.
BioFuel Offloading Station Chevron is adding capacity for ethanol at their Boise facility requiring a specialized concrete slab and a pre-engineered steel canopy.
Western Trailers is winding down. The 57,000 square foot facility will consist of a two story sales office, a two story parts office, a parts warehouse, a service facility, and a wash bay. The project is will use Butlers' Widespan Structural System, MR-24 Roof System, and BR-II Metal Wall Panels.
Construction was completed on the Boise Spine Center, a new chiropractic office with retail space. K2 would like to thank the owners for letting us be a part of their first building experience. K2 completed our fifth project for Zamzow's in December. Their newest store had the most successful grand opening yet, and there is still lease space available next door.
